After meeting at Broadstairs railway station,(27th November 1966 my birthday) I assume Mike wasn't too disappointed with the girl he had chosen in his inebriated condition the night before, as we got a train to Margate and went to Dreamland pictures where we watched Georgy Girl. We decided to get a taxi back, and when we were in the taxi office they had 'Daydream Believer' by The Monkees playing on the radio - this then became "our song".
